The 2013 Grammy Awards have come and gone and while Frank Ocean’s win over girlfriend-beater Chris Brown grabbed some headlines, much ado was made about Katy Perry
Well, it turns out she wasn’t the first to wear the show-stopping number made by Gucci, Chinese actress and Summer 2011 Audrey cover girl Li Bing Bing wore the same dress to the Golden Horse Awards last November.
So who wore it better? Katy Perry accentuated her chest and oozed sex appeal while Li Bing Bing made the dress seem a bit classier and more elegant. What do you guys think?

the neckline adornment thingy is pretty but the kp over did the boob slit and bingbingli looks like shes wearing a leprechaun’s nighties. that color is hard to wear, kp looks washed out. she just nasty.
I think Li Bing Bing wore it better. I usually think having a chest makes clothes look better but in this case, Li Bing Bing makes this particular piece look more classy.
