The Huffington Post, among other news outlets, is reporting that the Indian-Pakistani American wife of less than one year of Congressman Anthony Weiner (he of Twitter-gate), Huma Abedin, is pregnant.

The glamorous 34-year-old aide to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who was featured in Vogue in 2007, is the daughter of college professors — her late father was an India-born Islamic scholar, and her Pakistani mother is a sociology professor. Abedin, who was born in Kalamazoo, Mich., was raised in Saudi Arabia and graduated from George Washington University.
