As summer vacation slowly draws to a close, make one last ditch effort to hold on to that summer lovin’ feeling. Before going back to school or back to work, don’t hang out by the pool soaking in prematurely aging UV rays or getting one last burn. Instead, hang out at the pool with a Finis Lap Track.
It’s a clever little gadget. The Lap Track is an underwater lap counter and timer that counts the number of laps you swim, how fast you swim each lap, your total time, and the number of calories burned. It comes with memory recall, is able to record up to 50 laps, and can calculate a series of averages. (It’s smarter than most people.)
I’ve always wondered how fast I go when I swim, especially since I feel like I barely go anywhere until my head hits the wall.
If anything, the button pushing will make you feel like an Olympic swimmer. And that’s pretty cool.
There’s still Labor Day — summer’s last hurrah — so it’s not too late! Comment to this post by August 25, 11:59 pm, and we’ll pick one lucky winner. Retweet for an additional entry, and remember, you must have a U.S. mailing address to win! Good luck!

Love this–great idea for encouraging swimmers!

This would be fantastic! I never remember how many total yards I’ve done.
