We’ve got a pretty cool giveaway this week! In this high tech age, it’s something we can all use — an AOC Aire Black LED Monitor.
AOC is the world’s largest manufacturer of LCD/LED Monitors and HDTVs, and not only is their new Aire Black LED super cool looking in a glossy piano-black, it’s one of the thinnest monitors available. With a built-in stand so that you can use it on a desktop or easily mount to a wall, the 23-inch monitor has an eSaver feature that helps you save power and money.
For all you techies, here are the specs:
It comes in three sizes — 20 ($129), 22 ($149) and 23 inches *$179) — and is available at Best Buy, Radio Shack, Office Max, Fry’s, TigerDirect/CompUSA and PC Richards. (Find out more at us.aoc.com. You can also find them on Facebook here and on Twitter here.) But one lucky Audrey reader is going to get a 23-incher for free!

On a personal level I enjoyed Writer-mom Patty Chang Anker article about her daughter and having to adjust with her being a special needs child. It truly tugged on my heart. All my best to them. I could relate to the extra effert and love it takes to raise a child with special needs.

My favorite article has to be Body of Quirks. Accepting yourself for who you are is a lesson that everybody can (and should!) appreciate.

My favorite article has been the one on Lucia Micarelli. I love that Audrey magazine includes articles on Hapas as well!
I am following you on @GlobalFrag and liked you on facebook. I liked the “Body Quirks” because apperance isn’t that important. Everyone is born to look different and unique, as apperance can be judged differently by others beleif on looks. Whereas judjing one’s inner personality is the same based on the type of person he/she is. You can look different while having an amazing personality that can benefit the people around you.

Oh my gosh – I read Body Quirks and really liked this article too!! I think everyone is beautiful in their own special unique way – and we all should try to see the best in everyone. Seeing them on this awesome new monitor would be a big PLUS – hehe. Much love to Audrey Magazine for helping me be well-rounded and learn more about the world around us – cheers!
Have to strongly agree with Sasha post from June 18
I couldn’t help but liking the article on Jared Eng also (Just Jared is one of my guilty reading pleasures!) It was interesting to read up on the man behind one of my favorite blogs!
My favorite story is “body of quirks”. I loved reading how each of the girls came to accept and love their body the way it is. They all looked stunningly beautiful in the photographs!

I enjoyed the Japense Cocktails…The drinks are new to me…I really could use one about now…I like the story because it was interesting…short and on time….
Body of Quirks was my fav story. It showed that we should appreciate our bodies the way they are.
I also love “Stylemakers” bit and “Lose the Plastic.”
Mm, the article I see is “Body of Quirks.” The page is bent right where the word “of” is, so I missed seeing it when I went to check the article title. lol
What are the specification for entering more than once? I don’t want to spam with several of my favorite pieces from the latest magazine, but I pretty much need that monitor, and would really love to up my chances of winning it. ^_^
I really loved the “Body Quirks” article. Really appreciated those shout-outs to all those with flat faces and our “chinky eyes.” Yee-uh! I was born with cleft lip & palate and have had years of surgeries, at least 11 surgeries I can distinctly remember counting up until. My last huge surgery for a maxillary advancement just before my freshman year of high school was when my surgeon personally asked me if I wanted him to try and repair my collapsed nostril, which would give me a more symmetrical, more “right-looking” nose. I immediately said no, I can take looking odd, who cares if others can’t handle it? I really loved this article. Thank you.
My favorite story is (of course!) The Delicious Life’s Sarah Gim and Paul Nakayama talking first dates in The Awful Truth! I LOVE the Awful Truth.
