Asians in Fashion | Miss A’s Suzy for Elle Korea September 2013

This 18-year-old Korean singer and actress gives us a taste of her modeling skills.

Bae Su Ji, more commonly known by her stagename Suzy, is most recognized for her role as Go Hye-mi in the popular drama series Dream High alongside Taecyeon, Eunjung, Wooyoung, IU and Kim Soo-Hyun.

Suzy is also known for her roles as Jang Ma Ri in Big, Yang Seo Yeon in Architecture 101, and Dam Yeo Wool in Gu Family Book.

In 2010, Suzy debuted with Korean girl group miss A. Adding on to her already impressive resume, Suzy has done her time as a tv host and is nicknamed “CF Queen” due to her success with endorsements.

Clearly, this is one talented young lady and quite a beauty as well. In this Elle Korea September 2013 photoshoot, Suzy shows a mastery of her poses and an amazing ability to make color pop. Check out the photos below:

The Daily SHAG | Lee Jong-suk and Kim Won-bin for Trugen

Hands down, Lee Jong Suk and Kim Won Bin are two of my favorite rising young stars at the moment – and also my favorite celebrity bromance. The pair first worked together in the 2013 relaunch of School and since then, have been an inseparable pair, appearing in CFs and editorials together. The two recently worked together on a commercial for OB Beer – and have teamed up again for clothing brand Trugen.

Two dreamy Korean actors are definitely better than one. I welcome the slew of more bromantic projects between the Jongsuk and Wonbin couple. Enjoy the pictures of their Trugen campaign below!

Asians in Fashion | Lee Yeon Hee for Harper’s Bazaar Korea, July 2013

Fresh off the hugely popular Korean drama Gu Family Book (also starring Lee Seung Gi and Suzy of girlgroup Miss A), Lee Yeon Hee turns on her seductive charm with this fashion editorial for Harper’s Bazaar Korea. I’m quite accustomed to her girl-next-door image (she was also a potential trainee for Girls’ Generation), but I feel this editorial finally gave her some more edge, especially with the pixie blonde hairdo.

Check out more shots from her editorial below!

The Daily SHAG | Kim Ji-hoon for Mens’ Health Korea

Actor Kim Ji-hoon, who was released from army duty last year, shows off what a mandatory military service could do to the Korean male celebrity body.

The actor will soon star in the upcoming SBS rom-com drama Goddess of Marriage, premiering on June 29th.
