We’re one day behind! To make up for this egregious mistake, we’ve added two noteworthy photos from the previous day.
1. Steve Aoki (@steveaoki) catches crazy air as he runs away from dinosaurs.
2. Psy (@psy_oppa) meets the greatest saxophone player in the world, none other the 42nd President of the United States, Bill Clinton.
3. Danny (@wiredrebels) from IAMMEDIC (@iammedic) reminds us that it’s always nice to receive gifts no matter what season.
4. Joseph Vincent (@josephvincent12) shows his fans the best way to enjoy tree swings.
5. Congratulations to Super Junior who won the highest award from the Golden Disc Awards third time in a row. Photo from no other than Super Junior member Donghae (@donghae861015).
Day 3 of stalking Asian celebrities and we came up with a largely Asian American mix of pictures. It seems celebrities in Asia take Saturday mornings off in the social media world.
1. Jason Chen (@jasondchen) and Joseph Vincent (@josephvincent) go on a man-date together to the #HappiestPlaceOnEarth aka Disneyland.
2. It’s always good to see people like Psy (@psy_oppa) working hard on a Friday, especially when all you can do is countdown the hours before your weekend hits.
3. Finally, here’s something cringeworthy that woke me up from my end of the day stupor. Posted by one of the “K-town Reality Show” producers, Eddie Kim (@iameddiekim), of comedian Danny Cho (@dannycho).
After gaining millions of views and over 200, 000 subscribers on YouTube and fans in various countries including Australia, Canada, and the Philippines, Filipino-American acoustic singer Joseph Vincent is releasing his debut album Blue Skies on October 16th. JV has performed twice on the Ellen DeGeneres Show and was named Australia’s Star Central Magazine’s “YouTube Artist of the Year” in 2009. Fans may have already heard a few tracks featured on the album that include If You Stay and S.A.D (Single Awareness Day), but now can finally listen to JV’s first full-length debut album, all songs written by him. We recently caught up with the 22-year-old, who has been preparing for the album release as well as his 27-city US tour this Fall.

The other day, I went out for a night on the town wanting to dance. My companion and I were itching to get jiggy with it but we were in a city where we weren’t sure if there were any good dancing places.
After a delicious dinner, he and I, dressed to the nines (okay, maybe 8-and-a-halfs), took a walk through the main street of the city. It was a lively street with people bustling in and out of restaurants, parking to get to the movies on time, and waiting at stop signs for friends. However, none of the establishments looked like it would make for a good dance floor.
Finally, we heard distant Mexican music playing in the corner of one of the blocks.
A month ago, DANakaDAN x afterschoolspecial released their music video for DREAMERS. The video, produced by Scott Yoshimoto and Daniel J. Seo of The Dreamlapse Project, featured many cameos by your favorite YouTube stars from Ryan Higa and Joseph Vincent to Jason Chen and David Choi. We wanted to find out more about this huge collaboration so I contacted DANakaDAN, Scott and Daniel to see what they have to say about this project.
First we have DANakaDAN:
Audrey Magazine (AM): Tell me how the collaboration started.
DANakaDAN (D): We started about… 11 months ago. Scott and I have worked on a video before and we wanted to do another project. DREAMERS has always been the song I’ve wanted to do a video for and I wanted to do it right, so I asked Scott and we started to work on it. Continue Reading »

Oh yea…and JOHN CHO and KAL PENN, of course!
Who likes red carpet pictures where the celebs are just smiling and posing prettily? Boring!
KoreAm and Audrey caught some great outtakes from the red carpet and we’re here to share it with you. Cheers (and cheese!) to all the hair tosses, funny faces and magical moments captured in between each flash.
So nice when the film stars actually like each other. John Cho and Kal Penn look like they’re having so much fun together, I wanna join in! (And totally not because they’re John Cho and Kal Penn…) Continue Reading »
We’re all abuzz over Joseph Vincent’s new song, BumbleBee.
Vincent, who was first featured on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in 2010, has since established a more solid following of fans and supporters, encouraging him to launch the BumbleBee Cover Contest.
The contest encourages fans to record their own cover of “Bumblebee” with their unique style, and then post the video to YouTube. Sponsored by the Catch Adventures Staff, the contest will run from now until October 2. The five most viewed videos, along with five more videos hand-picked by Vincent, will move on to compete in two more elimination rounds.
The Bumble Bee winners will receive the very first Joseph Vincent RF3LIVE Earphones, along with a #TEAMJV T-shirt pack.
This is a snippet of Joseph’s original Bumblebee song:
Do you think you have what it takes to win?

We all know Asian Americans have musical talent. Have you heard Joseph Vincent croon a tune or Clara C bang on her tambourine? It must have been ingrained into us since the days of yore when our parents forced piano lessons down our throats gently encouraged us to play piano.
Are you tired of seeing Asian American musical talent being limited to the bounds of YouTube.com? Are you an aspiring solo singer or member of a vocal group that has always dreamed of making it big-time? Well, wait no longer! Here, at Audrey Magazine, we’re absolutely teeming with excitement to present to you a once in a lifetime opportunity. THE X FACTOR, the highly anticipated show produced by Simon Cowell that is debuting on FOX this fall, will be holding auditions in major cities around the country. You or your vocal group could be the recipient of an extraordinary $5 million dollar recording contract with Syco/Song Music and on your way to global stardom hood.
