It’s an early Friday afternoon, and jewelry designer Joomi Lim and her partner in business and life, Xavier Ricolfi, are running out of time. They’re conducting a meeting in their New York City showroom with a potential distributor, while simultaneously directing contractors on how to set up the lighting in the new space. They take time to speak with this reporter, before dashing off to an event at Saks Fifth Avenue to promote their line, Joomi Lim.
“It’s always this busy,” Lim says, chuckling.

Target seems to always bring in our favorite Asian designers for a collaboration: Richard Chai, Thakoon, Jason Wu, and recently, Prabal Gurung – and now – wait for it – PHILLIP LIM. Target officially made the announcement earlier this morning, naming Lim as the latest designer to join the ranks of other designers to produce a collection with the retail giant. The 100 piece collection (for women AND men) will make its debut on September 15, with pieces ranging from $29.99 to $299.99. The looks will feature “a classic fall palette of neutral tones and prints.”
Alright, this absolutely wants to make me skip the summer season and go right into fall. September 15 is too far away!
Kim Soo Hyun fans have a lot to look forward to in the upcoming months. The South Korean actor, model, and singer has been gaining lots of support in Japan. His drama “Moon that Embraces the Sun” has been airing on Japan’s NHK channel and its been so well-received that he was chosen as the most popular Hallyu actor of the new generation in Japan.
With his film The Thieves premiering in Japan in June, Kim Soo Hyun will be having his first official fan meeting in Japan next month. The fan meeting is also to celebrate the anniversary of his official Japanese fan club.
As for his fans in Korea, Kim Soo Hyun’s film Secretly and Greatly will premier in Korea in early June. Til then, you can go ahead and enjoy his fashion photos for Ziozia May 2013. Click on to see them all!

If you’re patiently (or impatiently) waiting for the release of the new drama Heirs, you can distract yourself for the time being with these stunning photos of Park Shin Hye for SURE May 2013.
