Technology has come quite a long way. Just ten years ago, texting was not a main form of communication, we had to actually remember phone numbers, and we went to the library to get information. Now, we live in a society of smart phones, gps systems, and social media. But apparently, we're not stopping there. Trying to make its way to the top of innovative technology is the process of doll cloning. Said to be perfect for the "tech-savvy ego-fetishist" individual, Japan's Clone Factory specializes in 3-D printing of human faces. For the price of $1300, you can now place your face onto a doll's...

ABC's popular dance competition, Dancing With The Stars just concluded its 16th season. Aside from crowning American Idol's Kellie Pickler and dance partner Derek Hough as the winners, the finale featured performances by Psy, Jessica Sanchez, and Pitbull. Psy showed off some dancing skills of his own with his performance of his hit single "Gentleman". Of course the Korean performer brought along his impressive backup dancers decked out in gold pants and all. Slowing down the pace, Jessica Sanchez performed her rendition of the Pitbull and Christina Aguillera hit "Feel This Moment"....
Diary from Cannes 2013: Day 3 (May 18, 2013) After getting a quick glimpse of the beautiful beach weather that Cannes is known for on Friday, Saturday was full of storms and winds. But that didn't stop crowds from lining up outside the theaters with their umbrellas to wait for today's lineup of films. Perhaps the rain actually increased the popularity of the screenings, as festivalgoers preferred ducking in to theaters for shelter, as opposed to ducking into overpriced restaurants. The day started promisingly with the premiere of Bends, a debut film from Hong Kong's Flora Lau. The...
Researchers from the Floating Sheep Project have used Twitter to locate racist and homophobic tweets in the United States and have plotted them on an interactive map. Students at Humboldt State University looked at 150,000 tweets containing slurs from June 2012 to April 2013. The students carefully observed each tweet to determine if the word was being used in a positive or negative light and created the Geography of Hate. The goal of the project was to examine social media and determine how much it has become a platform for hate speech. Social media is often tied very closely to the offline...

Manna Kadar Cosmetics was the exclusive make-up sponsor of the 2013 LA Fashion week providing make-up for the runway shows last month. While some might think this was a daunting task (handling every show!), Manna of Manna Kadar Cosmetics takes it all in stride. This could be because of the long-wearing make-up she designed for the everyday woman. Says Manna, “The premise for the line is [that] all the items are long-wearing, double duty so once you put the make-up on, it doesn’t move, it doesn’t smudge.”
Manna got her foot in the beauty industry door at an early age as she owned seven cosmetic stores by the time she was twenty-two while attending USC. Operating cosmetics stores was the best hands-on training for her as she was able to truly test every product constructing her own analysis on what product performed well and what product didn’t. She would go on to take some time off and venture into the financial world as a banker for seven years. But her passion for beauty consumed her and she jumped right back in, acquiring a few more salons and spas. What did she gain overall from this experience? “I kind of learned both sides of the business…the combination of the two is what led to creating Manna Kadar Cosmetics,” says Manna.
AUDREY caught up with a busy Manna in between one of many shows during Fashion Week and we got the lowdown on her collaborative working process with fashion designers, one of her key products and how to achieve beauty “fabulousness” in a mere seven minutes.

“For me, acting is putting a mask on and being less like myself,” explains Tim Jo, the Korean American actor best known for his role on ABC’s sci-fi sitcom The Neighbors. “So when Audrey Magazine suggested doing a K-pop look [for the photo shoot], I was like, ‘Yeah!’ I feel more comfortable goofing off and putting that mask on.”

On our last Audrey Do’s and Don’ts, we gave you some tips to get ready for a date. Today, we’re gonna take it one step further and talk about the Do’s and Don’ts of the second date.
Many believe that the second date is actually more important than the first. With a first date, there’s a fifty-fifty chance that the date could be good or bad. If it’s bad, you never have to see your date again (at least not in a romantic way). The second date? Completely different story. The first impression is done and apparently it went well. The pressure of that is now replaced with the pressure of testing the waters.
You like each other. You both want more. And you both know it.
So what now? What do you wear? How physical do you get? Continue reading for Audrey’s Dos and Don’t of the second date!

Audrey covergirl, Jamie Chung has even more beautiful photos for us. Since we last spoke to Chung, the actress has kept herself quite busy. Recently, she has been playing the role of Mulan on the tv series Once Upon A Time. She is also casted for Sin City: A Dame to Kill For which is scheduled to release on October 2013.
Jamie Chung is this month’s covergirl for Bello Magzine’s Action Issue. JustJaredJr.com reports some of her responses:
” On fashion: “I feel like I have a lot of catching up to do. Only recently have I been really splurging, and experimenting, and trying new things.”
On living in NYC: “Currently, I’m staying in the financial district so it’s kind of convenient to all the different ones. I’d like to consider myself quite savvy with the subway.” “

The Walking Dead just had its season three finale and as expected, the fans are already restless to begin the next season. While there is a divide between fans who liked and disliked the final episode, there is one thing we all can agree on – we want more. To say that the show is doing well would be an understatement. After all, it is named the most-watched drama series in basic cable history. A scroll through my facebook newsfeed on a Sunday night is enough for me to know how popular the show is. So if you (like countless others) are worried about withdrawals until the next season comes out, we’re here to help.
Here’s Steven Yeun’s recent appearance on Conan. He talks facial hair, strip clubs, and sports. We’ll let you see for yourself!
