All By Her Second-Glee-Solo Self
Those who tuned in to last week’s episode of Glee were surprised to see the return of Charice Pempengco’s character Sunshine Corazon. In ”A Night Of Neglect,” the foreign exchange student sang a solid rendition of her favorite singer Celine Dion’s “All by Myself.” It’s a night of neglect for those who missed out. The Filipina’s latest single, “Before It Explodes,” just released on iTunes.

Rage in a Cage
According to TMZ (that’s the catch), actor and husband (he’s no catch) Nicolas Cage was arrested and charged with one count of domestic abuse battery and one count of disturbing the peace after an argument with his young wife Alice Kim on Saturday. They were reported to have disagreed over the exact address of an apartment they were renting in New Orleans. The Korean American, however, reportedly refuses to press charges. Cage is set to appear in court on May 31.

In other worldly news, as in spiritual news, the Dalai Lama will receive an inaugural “Shine A Light” award from Amnesty International‘s 50th anniversary celebration in Long Beach, Calif., on May 4. The Tibetan Buddhist leader will give a keynote speech on human rights. He will also be making several tour stops the beginning of May to campuses like University of Southern California, University of California, Los Angeles, and University of California, Irvine.
