It’s pretty much my idea of heaven.
So when I heard that the hip hip hooray bar that is Delphine at the W Hotel in Hollywood, CA had a fresh Raw Bar Monday, which consisted of plenty of seafood going at only a mere buck and two for each, my ears perked and my mouth started salivating. Heaven, here I come!

We also had the weekly special of Steamed Mussels with Andouille sausage with a soup base that made me want to cup the bowl into my heads and just tilt it all over my mouth, it was that delicious. Well, maybe I won’t do that. I would just sponge it up with plenty of french bread instead.
This cooked fish was good but after having so much delicious raw seafood, it just couldn’t compare!
Though I was already stuffed full, I always make sure to have room for dessert.
Delphine definitely has what I’m looking for for a fresh Happy Hour on a weeknight after work. It’s swanky, great service and delectable dishes. Leaves me…happy as a clam!
