Formerly of popular indie group Lady Danville (and alums of Awaken A Cappella at UCLA), Michael Garner and Dan Chang have gone on to form Hunter Hunted. The duo’s latest track, “End of the World” is undeniably catchy – with a cool video to boot. Also catch them live – they’re performing February 6 at Soho House, February 8 at Harvard and Stone and February 12 headlining The Troubadour.
We’re absolutely excited about Imran Khan’s latest film Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola (we’ve had a crush on him since his debut in Jaane Tu…Ja Yaane Na). Did you know Imran Khan is celebrating his 30th birthday this weekend – which is right when his latest film will hit theaters? Known for taking after his uncle Aamir Khan, Imran Khan has gone out of his way to play the role and will also be seen in a completely new light. He speaks about his experience on working on a film like MKBKM, getting his ears pierced for the role, and also his camaraderie with the director and his co-star Anushka Sharma. Learn more about the Bollywood star before his film opens on Friday, January 11.
Watch out – the girls are back! Girls’ Generation have finally made their Korean comeback with their fourth studio album, I Got a Boy. Of course, this did not go unnoticed, as the music video for the titular track has already racked up over 24 million views in just a little over a week. The song is quite catchy (and admittedly, just all over the place) – we also couldn’t help but notice the wacky fashion of the video (which was all over the place as well).
