Anna Sui, known for her femininity and sophistication, collaborates with Hush Puppies, known for its comfort and casual style, to create a new line of footwear. Their styles seemingly conflict but when put together comes a collection that is retro and authentic as Anna describes it. Hush Puppies footwear brings a new touch of color and texture into Anna’s ultra-feminine, eccentric style. The New York based designer has created six styles for Fall/Winter 2011 from oxford flats to motorcycle boots. “I love all the Hush Puppies styles that we have in the collection, but I think my favorite is the ‘Chukka’ boot. I think it is the perfect combination of fashion and comfort,” claims Anna. All the designs incorporate the soft suede material that we love about Hush Puppies. Styles are offered in Anna Sui’s well-established signature color – purple – as well as vivid shades of electric blue, teal, prune, and the classic brown and black. Prices range from $105.00 to $245.00.
